Every thing was as advertised. It was recently updated with the latest appliances and features. The back yard was landscaped and kept up. The lanai was a nice touch and we spent many mornings out there. All in all we thought the house was everything as advertised.

This home in Deltona was brand new, recently renovated, and very clean. There were a lot of “smart home” touches throughout, including light remotes to adjust the color / temperature of the lighting in each room. And interesting gadgets and amenities throughout!The house was a great place to come back to every day, and the backyard was a highlight. It seemed to have a cozier feel than the photos, with white lights around the fire pit area and flowers blooming. The fruit trees are starting to bloom. Other highlights:- The bed was extremely comfortable, and high quality with two traditional mattresses. - The master shower was absolutely huge, super clean, with a fancy shower head. - Plenty of open, uncluttered cabinet space in the kitchen to bring your own food and supplies. - Brand new refrigerator with a center chiller.Kaitlyn was very professional, friendly, and quickly answered any questions we had. The house was located on a slightly busy road, but the backyard is very peaceful and we didn’t notice this at all. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a nice, high quality, clean place to call “home” for the week!
