Failure to follow any check-out instructions could result in up to a $50 fee per incident.

Great little house in Northgate. It worked great for the 5 guys who stayed there while we were in town for a boy's weekend.

We were in town for Aggie Family Weekend and found the Milam Street Retreat a good fit for us. The number of bedrooms were a great fit for our family that traveled plus one well decorated room for our Freshman Aggie to stay over. We had no trouble finding the location. Our host was very responsive to any issue we experienced, minimal, during our stay. It was a simple matter of the freezer being iced over upon our arrival. The host was very apologetic and resolved the issue to our liking. Milam Street Retreat is in close proximity to campus so it was very easy to commute as well as find local coffee spots and eateries. Be sure to check out Blue Baker and Carport Coffee!! Thanks for a great stay!
