This stunning second floor condo at Seychelles offers breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach for a relaxing getaway. Beautifully decorated with coastal decor creating a welcoming atmosphere. Step through the sliding glass doors onto your private balcony, where you can sip morning coffee or watch the sunset! Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all the essentials for your stay. This condo will sleep up to six with master king bed, bunks and sleeper sofa. This is in a prime location with boating activities, marina, dining and entertainment. St. Andrews State Park is less than a mile walking distance. Seychelles amenities offer two pools (one heated), hot tub, beach access, on-site parking and complimentary wifi.

This unit is exactly as depicted in the photos and listing information- it’s such a cute condo! Everything was very clean and everything we needed for our short stay was provided. Merrie, the host, is friendly and accessible if you need anything or have any questions.We generally stay on higher floors for a better view, but this 2nd floor unit is perfect. This building is very close to the beach so the view is excellent from the balcony! The only thing that could make it better is a high top table and chairs so your line of vision when seated is above the railing. We were a little concerned about being on a lower floor above the pool because of potential noise at night, but that wasn’t a problem. The pool closes at 10 and it is strictly enforced. No sleep interruption!Speaking of sleep- the mattress in this unit is amazing. I was concerned because it felt a little soft at first, but that concern was not warranted. My husband has back issues and we have a ridiculously expensive mattress at home to try to help, but he still wakes up stiff and uncomfortable. I don’t know what magic is in this condo mattress, but he woke up pain-free and well-rested every morning! The kitchen is well-appointed and all appliances work properly. For coffee drinkers, both a regular coffee pot and Keurig are available. Merrie even provided coffee filters for the regular machine and pods for the Keurig to start us off.We couldn’t be happier with our stay, and we would not hesitate to return!

This unit was perfect for us! Very clean and well apportioned! Great location! The pool area was nice and the beach is less than 40yds from the pool deck and showers. Very convenient to the marina and state park. Several good restaurants within minutes of the complex.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this unit! It was also convenient to restaurants and attractions. Even though it was a busy holiday weekend, we never had trouble with waiting on the elevator or had trouble with parking. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
