Welcome to our studio on the 1st floor with a separate sleeping area in our traditional town hall.
Our cozy studio on the 1st floor offers approx. 36 m² of ideal accommodation for solo travelers or couples who are looking for practical and comfortable accommodation. Thanks to the clever room layout with a separate sleeping area, you can enjoy both the advantages of an open living space and the privacy of a separate sleeping area.
The living area is modern and functionally furnished and offers a cozy seating area that invites you to relax and linger. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment while you unwind after a day of adventure.
The sleeping area is cleverly separated from the rest of the studio to offer you more peace and security. Here you will find a comfortable double bed. which guarantees you a restful night's sleep.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare meals: stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. This means you can easily prepare your own meals and enjoy them in peace.
The bathroom is modern in design and offers a shower, toilet and sink. Fresh towels and toiletries are of course available to you.
Thanks to the large window, the room is flooded with natural light and offers a pleasant, airy atmosphere. The view of the surrounding area creates a calm, relaxed atmosphere during your stay.

There are 4 family suites for up to 6 people and 7 studios for 2 people - all with separate kitchens and bathrooms. An extra bed is possible in most suites/studios. All suites and studios are non-smoking suites or studios and offer:
separate, fully equipped kitchen with a range of teas
Bathroom (shower room) with hairdryer and cosmetic mirror
free WiFi, Samsung Smart TV
Sunbathing lawn with barbecue areas, free parking spaces directly at the house
