Parkplatz an der Straße nicht am Objekt, problematisch, da im Winter Halteverbote. Mikrowelle nicht vorhanden. Modernisierung 2017? Allenfalls das Bad ( Gäste WC nicht vorhanden wie beschrieben). Bei Ankunft Wohnung komplett ausgekühlt ( alles stand auf Null), war bis zum Ende im WZ und SZ nicht warm zu bekommen. Diverse Fenster defekt u.a. das SZ Fenster ( stammt vermutlich aus dem Baujahr 1950), Verletzungsgefahr da es mittig auftippt und nicht einrastet ( Warnhinweise vorhanden, aber was wäre mit Reparatur?). Bei 125€ pro Nacht inclusive Reinigung wären Handtücher und Bettzeug angemessen gewesen ( so war der halbe Kofferraum voll mit diesem Gedöns). Kücheneinrichtung unter Ikea Niveau, Blechtöpfe wie man sie vom Camping kennt. Küh- Gefrierkombi schön, aber war natürlich auch aus bei Anreise. Ansonsten Flair der 80 er Jahre, ziemlich wilde Mischung der Einrichtung.
