Location close to shopping and dining options, easy off street parking.
Welcome basket was a lovely gesture with breakfast provisions and chocolate for Easter.
Unfortunately cleanliness was a let down, dishes were left in the dishwasher and sink on our arrival and dirty pans in the drawer with food residue we had to scrub off before using. Also wooden utensils that are covered with mould so we had to improvise with using cutlery
Lots of spiders and crickets and no bug spray in the house - on searching for it in the laundry we opened a cupboard to a hamper with the owners dirty laundry inside which was a bit disgusting and unexpected.
