Modern family home opposite Deep Creek reserve, and just a 800 m stroll to Fisherman's Beach down a peachful bush walking track. Close to parks, and just 1 km from the town centre and surf shops.

Featuring sunny north-facing deck with BBQ, spacious open plan living, kitchen & dining. 2 bedrooms and study/workspace or extra bedroom with single sofa bed. Modern bathroom with bath. Great outlook over picturesque Deep Creek.
