The open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room with a wood-burning stove create a warm and inviting atmosphere, with direct access to the furnished terrace and beautifully landscaped garden. The large 1,227 m² garden provides plenty of space to relax or play, and the terrace is perfect for outdoor meals, enjoying the sun, or simply embracing the peace and quiet of the surroundings. An additional annex beside the main house offers two more sleeping spots, complete with electricity and heating. With modern comforts like electric heating and a heat pump, this non-smoking house is ideal for year-round stays. Please note: it is not rented to youth groups. Situated in Northwest Zealand, the area is known for its natural beauty and diverse landscape — from the dunes and white-sand beaches along Sejerø Bugt to the green fields and coastal meadows of Isefjord. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
