Well-located and renovated activity house located in the first dune row on a 20,000 m2 plot, only approx. 200 meters from the roaring North Sea. The house was originally used as a beach bailiff's residence and has played an important role in the area in relation to rescuing ships and saving lives. The house has been renovated with respect for the history of the house. The extension of the cottage offers a large activity room, where there are many hours of entertainment for the whole family with i.a. table tennis, electronic darts, pool, air hockey, etc. The house also has its own petanque court. The living room is i.a. equipped with smart TV with international channels as well as internet. In addition, you have the opportunity to stream your own TV services. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, separate freezer, refrigerator and coffee maker. The house has two bathrooms, one of which has a bath, toilet and washing machine. In addition, guest bathroom with toilet. The house has good garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the North Sea. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
