4 star holiday home in LAHOLM-By Traum

A house with an absolutely magical location right at the mouth of Lagan in Laholm. You have a magnificent view of Lagans wide, unique water outlet, called Lagaoset. The house is high above the beach. The path takes you to the jetty on the reed-covered beach. Both canoe and boat are available here for both enjoyment and fishing trips. A short walk takes you to the shallow beautiful beach and the nature reserve. A spacious house that is excellent for several families or larger groups. From the entrance in the small hall you come to the open and well-equipped kitchen and living room with dining area, comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and another living room with a sofa bed and a modern Apple TV. Free wifi in the house. The bathroom has both a bathtub, shower and washing machine and there is a smaller guest toilet. Upstairs on the second floor are two bedrooms with two single beds each and a living room with a simpler sofa bed. Next to the house is a guest cabin (not isolated for winter use) with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. The guest house cannot be used during the winter. Then the number of people is limited to 8. The large, lovely plot has a patio with spacious outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The cottage is private. The plot is steep down towards Lagan. A path leads you to a jetty embedded in the reeds. There is a boat for rent here. The canoe is included in the rent. From a boat and in the sea, no fishing license is required. From your holiday home, a lovely nature reserve stretches all the way to the beautiful, lovely sandy beach. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. At a comfortable distance is Laholm, which has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. A short drive away is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and small shops and restaurants. To the south, the development transitions to Skummeslövstrand with a summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. Just south of, you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. The nearest golf course is Tönnersjö Gk.
