About this house rental
Welcome to our exceptional luxury cabin, crafted from timber using traditional Swedish craftsmanship and a modern Nordic aesthetic. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect setting for relaxation, togetherness, and unforgettable memories.
Sustainable Water Supply
The house features a sustainable water system that draws fresh, lime-free water directly from a 140-meter-deep underground well. This ensures a constant supply of pure, natural drinking water, uncontaminated by surface pollutants and enriched with minerals from the earth's layers.
Eco-Friendly Heating
Our heating system is also a key element of our sustainable design. The primary heat source is the wood-burning stove, fueled by locally sourced firewood from the surrounding forests. By using this renewable resource, we reduce electricity consumption while keeping the home warm and cozy during the colder months. Firewood is collected responsibly to preserve the natural ecosystem and maintain a harmonious coexistence with nature.
High Season Rental Policy
Please note that during the high season (June 25 – August 27), the cabin is rented exclusively on a weekly basis, with changeover day on Saturdays.
Inside the House
Step into a warm and welcoming atmosphere where traditional design meets modern comfort. The heart of the home is the large, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area—a perfect gathering space for socializing or relaxing.
Natural light floods in through two sets of double patio doors leading from the living room out onto the spacious terrace. There is also direct access to the terrace from the bathroom/toilet and one of the bedrooms.
Outdoor Living
The terrace is stylishly furnished on two sides of the house, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Enjoy the sun all day long into the evening, savor the peaceful surroundings, and fire up the Weber grill for a cozy dinner under the open sky.
The outdoor hot tub will be a family favorite year-round, whether by day or beneath a starry night sky. The hot tub is heated with wood.
The large lawn in the landscaped garden invites play and ball games.
Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements
In the main house, there are two cozy bedrooms, plus two additional beds on the loft, all featuring double beds that can be separated into twin beds—offering flexible sleeping arrangements for all guests. There is a large, modern bathroom with a toilet, and for added convenience, a washing machine in the utility room.
In the annex, there is a double bed that can be split into two singles, along with a single bed. Here too, you will find a spacious bathroom with a toilet.
Modern Amenities
While we are confident you will be enchanted by the natural beauty and tranquility, the cabin is also equipped with a smart TV and Google Chromecast for your entertainment needs.

Cleaning, linen rental and firewood can be purchased additionally.

We had a very nice stay in that house (2 families and one dog). We enjoyed our meals on the sunny terrace. The house is well equipped with nice furniture and the little house is very cozy with a nice view into the garden. We really liked the surroundings with the nearby river, and trips to a close lake or the sea. The communication with the owners was very nice and easy going.

Sehr nette Gastgeber haben uns in der Unterkunft begrüßt. Trotz dessen, dass das Haus schon 16 Jahre alt ist, sind diese Spuren kaum bemerkbar. Ein tolles Ferienhaus in einem guten Zustand. Immer wieder gern.

Das Haus war sehr schön und es war genug Platz für Alle ! Auch der Hund war gar kein Problem! Die Lage im Wald war Supi und natürlich extra Ruhig !!!!
