The staff were absolutely delightful. The location was convenient. The price was okay.

The facilities are dated and a bit frustrating with the shower down a floor. The main floor lounge was unusable as it was about 12 degrees. There are only women slippers available which were extremely small for my feet.

The showers were cold a bit cold. I liked the bathing experience but felt in a rush because it was quite cold.
