Mirti Bianchi Residence is in a quiet part of Santa Teresa Gallura, super close to downtown and just 800 meters from the gorgeous Rena Bianca beach. We've got 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, a shared heated pool, and it's perfect for families, friends or couples. The Residence is just 800 mtrs away from the stunning Rena Bianca beach, where you can find beach umbrellas and sun loungers rentals, diving centres, cafes and restaurants offering views of the Bocche di Bonifacio
The Space:
45 sqm living room with double sofa bed, a double bedroom, bathroom (some apartments have two bathrooms).
Guest Access:
Check-in at the Reception, NOTES: Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – Check-out from 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property . Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins. Local tourist tax is payable locally set by municipal and you may be asked for a refundable security deposit of 200 Euros
