Guest Access:
NOTES: Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – Check-out from 9:00 to 10:00. Arrvals after 20:00 must
be communicated in advance to the property . Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY
BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of €50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. The property follows the mandatory waste separation
programme and provides guests with recycling bins.

The Residenze Gallura is located at just 500 metres from the centre of San Teodoro, full of restaurants, clubs, discos and pubs. San Teodoro
is a well-known tourist destination, offering beautiful beaches and a vibrant summer nightlife. The amazing beach of La Cinta (which can be
reached by car or by public bus, available during the summer season) is just 2 kms away. The harbour and airport of Olbia are about 30
kms away. The eastern coast of Sardinia offers wonderful beaches, archaeological sites and stunning nature trails.

Getting Around:
TRANSFER: airport/port Olbia 1/3 pax car: € 80.00; 4/8 pax car: € 110.00. From/to Golfo Aranci harbour € 30.00 surcharge per car.
Night transfers between 10 pm and 6 am: 30% surcharge. All prices indicated are one-way.
