An ideal location:
Nestled in a modern residential complex known for its architectural design, our apartment—surrounded by a large lawn, shrubs, and palm trees—offers the ideal setting for those seeking relaxation. You’ll enjoy the large saltwater pool and, just a few steps away, direct access to the sea in Cala Vinas Bay.
Our favorite spot:
With a living area of approximately 70 m² and 2 ½ rooms, our apartment is a thoughtfully designed living space that combines both functionality and style. Windows and doors from Austria not only ensure good insulation but also provide an elegant, timeless look. A mosquito net and electric roller shades are installed. The insulated ceiling and the innovative radiant heating system with a stone slab create a cozy indoor climate during the cooler fall, winter, and spring months.
Living and Cooking:
The living room, which opens onto the garden, is furnished with a comfortable couch, ideal for relaxing evenings. The dining table is perfect for social meals or game nights. The small but well-equipped kitchen is an ideal place to prepare meals using local ingredients.

The bedroom is a haven of relaxation, featuring a large window opening onto a 20 m² terrace that leads to a spacious garden and offers an unobstructed view of Cala Vinas Bay. The terrace is your personal outdoor retreat, offering a beautiful view of the garden, the bay, and the pool. Imagine enjoying your coffee, a barbecue, or dinner under the starry sky.

The bathroom features a modern and inviting design and offers everything you need for your daily routine, including a bathtub/shower and toilet.
In addition, the apartment includes a small guest room with a bunk bed—ideal, for example, for visiting friends.

The area surrounding the residential complex offers a blend of hiking and biking trails—ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. The charming towns in the area invite you to explore and offer a variety of local shops, cafés, and restaurants.
With Palma only about 20 km away and the airport 25 km away, the location is extremely attractive for residents. A bus stop with a direct connection to Palma is located about 300 meters away.
The municipality of Calvià, where the town of Cala Vinyes is located, is known for its clean beaches, which are perfect not only for swimming but also for sunbathing and strolling along the shore.
