Comes with One Complementary Golfcart for Drivers with a Valid Driver’s License, 21 years of age and older. NO EXCEPTIONS !! We have an additional golf cart available if needed for $525 user fee.
We are a Family Oriented Management Company. We have ZERO TOLERANCE for illegal drugs! If found, your entire group will be made to vacate immediately and you will forfeit any and all monies paid; NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. IF you or anyone in your group are issued a ticket or violation, the house/Homeowner also receives a fine for which the renter of record is responsible for!
