Come relax in our very well appointed home. Minutes to everything. Central to Raleigh and Durham. 2 king bedrooms each with a private full bath. Peaceful with a community pool.

This home is personally owned and managed by us. We visit it frequently and care for it as if we were preparing it for family or close friends. If you need anything during your stay, we're always just a message away.
Other Things to Note:
The 2026 Pool Season is tentatively scheduled to be open May 2, 2026 - September 20, 2026. If your dates are close and the pool is important for you, please reach out to confirm the pool will open on time. We do not give refunds for pool delays or closures. Lost pool fobs will incur a $50 fee.
Home has 2 reserved parking spots - both are numbered with the house number. If additional parking is needed, guest spots are labeled "Visitor" and found around the neighborhood.
Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay or bi-weekly cleanings at $160 per clean. These will be scheduled and charged after booking.
2 outdoor cameras for safety, one doorbell, one rear facing away from home.
We have a trash valet service that will move the cans out on Mondays and place them back on Tuesdays.
No free early check-in or late check-out offered. $25/hr if available. May not know availability until day before/day of. Payment required in advance.

The nicest place I have stayed when traveling. The property was very clean, the hosts provided everything we could’ve needed. Easy check in, easy check out. The beds were so comfortable. It was like I was at home. If I ever travel back that way I will definitely seek out this property to stay
