Remodeled ranch style home with Firepit conveniently located

Very clean! The outside could use a clean up but the inside was very clean. Very comfy, well supplied and great location! We went for my son’s graduation from NCState and the location was wonderful. The only negative thing about the house is the two spare bedrooms had very hard mattresses. Even for a teenager. We had to purchase a foam topper from Walmart for my daughter who is 16 to be able to sleep comfortably. Most of the time, teens can sleep anywhere and be fine, but not in these beds. The master bedroom had a wonderful mattress but the other bedrooms have very hard, thin mattresses. Other than that, the house was wonderful! I would highly recommend! Just pack a foam mattress topper for the two twin beds and the queen!

We were there to be close to UNC Rex Hospital. The house was very clean. Everything was nicely stocked. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. We were not there for pleasure so I have no insight on location to shops and activities. There is an issue finding the address on Google maps. It actually will take you to the hospital parking lot. Had to go old fashion and read the map to get there. And as nice as everything was the king bed and the queen bed were not comfortable. If you enjoy a really firm bed then you'll be right at home.

We live next door, used this as a guest house for visiting family. It’s an excellent house.

Great location for an event at Wake Med Soccer Complex. Nice neighborhood and a nice house. House could use a deep cleaning and it needs to have more housewares. They basically have nothing to cook with and very few towels or basic necessities. If you want to cook or need to do any laundry while you're there then you will need to bring all that stuff with you. No extra bedding or pillows so bring that as well.
