Welcome to our eco-friendly, chic 1BR/1.5 BA retreat on James Island! Just 10 mins to Folly Beach, 5 mins to golf, and 15 mins to downtown Charleston. Nearby, enjoy a historic theater, diverse bars, eateries, and a 300+ acre park. Relax with high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, a stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and premium bath essentials. Perfect for a weekend or extended stay. No pets allowed
This home is its own unit in a triplex, which is downstairs. None of the amenities are shared between guests.
I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.
The entire house, including two parking spaces is yours to enjoy, offering privacy and the freedom to make yourself at home.
