This stylish retreat blends vintage charm with modern comfort, featuring an 85 inch 4K TV, cozy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, dining area, a shower/tub, and in-unit LG laundry. With a private entrance, it's perfect for families, friends, or business travelers seeking a relaxing stay. Your unit is fully private with its own entrance. The only shared areas are the yard and parking.
The Space:
• 2 Comfortable Bedrooms: Relax in well-appointed rooms with bedding and plenty of storage space.
• 3 Comfortable Queen Beds: 2 full queen beds and 1 foldout memory foam queen
• 1 Full Bathroom: Clean, bright, and fully stocked with essentials for your stay.
• Sleeps 6 Guests: Includes a foam mattress in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Perfect for preparing meals or enjoying takeout from nearby local hotspots.
• Spacious Living Area: Relax after a day of exploring with comfy seating and a 85 Inch Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.
Enter and Exit through the front door only up the steps. You have access to the entire upstairs. Please keep the door in the kitchen locked as that leads down to the basement.

Parties: $500 + any damages/fines
