Lux Leisure is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a few minutes from golf, Donner Lake, and Downtown Truckee! Northstar and Squaw Valley are both about 25 minutes away. Enjoy year-round activities that Tahoe has to offer!

The Space:
The living room is situated with comfortable seating gathered around a flat screen TV and cozy gas fireplace. From, here you can access the balcony, furnished with outside seating and a BBQ grill. Have outdoor cookouts during the summer and grill up your favorite ribs/burgers! The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, drip coffee maker, kettle, and more to make you feel right at home. At the end of the day, gather around the dining table for 6 and exchange stories over a homemade meal.
Downstairs, you can find a spacious game room with a ping pong table, Smart TV, and mini-fridge. Get some friendly competition going or stream your favorite Netflix or Hulu specials!
The main bedroom has a King bed and an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. The last bedroom has an en suite and is furnished with a King bed and a bunk bed (not full sized) nook, great for the kids!
There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.
Tahoe Donner HOA Amenities – Guest Information
Guests have access to 6 Tahoe Donner Short-Term Tenant (STR) passes, which provide entry to select Tahoe Donner HOA amenities, including the Trout Creek Recreation Center (pools, hot tubs, gym, sauna), private beach access (summer only), and other HOA facilities.
Access Fees:
HOA amenities require a daily access fee, paid directly to Tahoe Donner. Fees vary by amenity, age, and season and are not included in your reservation. Full details can be found on the Tahoe Donner website.

STR Tenant Card access to PRIVATE HOA amenities is unavailable on the following dates:

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. This lovely home was very clean and pleasingly decorated. The beds, couch and dining room were all comfortable. The home was conveniently located and well stocked. We will stay again.

Stayed here for a birthday weekend getaway. A large storm blew in, stranding us and extended our stay a couple more days. House was clean, neat and well furnished. Large bedrooms and spacious living area. House had all the supplies needed even for the extended stay. Zero complains with the house. Only fair warning was the long driveway leading up became inaccessible with a few feet of snow. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would come back.

Really enjoyed this home. Would return. Love the area, close to things you want to do. Home is lovely, lots of nice touches. We had an exciting morning watching a mama bear climb up a tree after her cubs!
Kids liked the bunk bed (but you should note it is short, wasn’t long enough for my eldest, but good for the littles). The man cave garage was great, we had a lot of fun playing ping pong together. The only thing I would change would be an on-site hot tub! Other than that, not many issues. (The dryer wasn’t drying out clothes at all, and one sink wasn’t draining, but we notified the property managers of this).
