Welcome to your dream lakeside retreat, in the heart of Chapin, on the beautiful shores of Lake Murray! This stunning 2 bedroom 1 bath home is known for its magnificent views with easy access to the town of Chapin and city of Columbia.
Inside the home you will find a well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room with flat screen tv and Pac Man Arcade Game, as well as two bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom includes a King bed while the other bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms feature comfortable bedding and large windows with lake views. The shared bathroom features a tub/shower combo.
This home boasts plenty of outdoor space for loads of lakeside fun. Just outside of the living room you'll find a relaxing screened in porch, complete with a propane fire pit and plenty of seating for the entire family. To the right of the porch is the grilling area with gas grill. The back lawn overlooking the lake has a fire pit area, lounge area with comfortable Adirondack chairs, and the dock features a table and chairs, perfect for a lakeside dinner.

Additionally, this property has a dock, but does not have a floating dock. We recommend bringing additional fenders if you wish to park your boat at the dock.

Really great location and view. We loved the screened in porch and lake access. Bonus that they provided SUPs and kayaks. We worked from the house and the WiFi worked well. Cottage is on the small side but worked well for 2 couples. We encountered a few bugs which is probably expected when you are on a lake. Owner was very responsive.

Loved our stay at this peaceful little home. Appreciated having lots of game options for adults and kids: ping pong, corn hole, kayaks, paddle boards, board games.

The property is spectacular to say the least. The view from the porch is the money shot. The house is a lake house. Comfortable and all you need. The PAC Man arcade is a blast when it rains. Ping pong too. We left 15 brand new ping pong balls for future guests. The only negative is I am 6’2 and the bathroom is TINY. It was difficult for me but , it’s a lake house and you make the best of it! Overall we completely enjoyed it.
