Traffic is generally calm within the community, with easy access to I-4 for travel to nearby attractions. During peak seasons, there may be increased congestion during rush hours, especially toward theme parks and tourist areas.
For the safety of our guests and the protection of our property, there are cameras at the front and rear entrances, focused solely on the exterior. None of the cameras have views of the interior of the house.

I had a fantastic stay with KG Florida Homes! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I especially loved how well-stocked the kitchen was — it made cooking during our trip so easy. The location was perfect too, close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private.
The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the team was quick and friendly. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience.
