About this villa rental
Our beautiful villa is very attractively priced , where else can you can relax and enjoy a fantastic holiday. Make yourself comfortable in our luxury vacation home. Enjoy a swim in the private solar heated pool, or relax in the spa. Making a home-cooked meal is easy in the fully fitted kitchen. Alternatively grab a take-out and relax and eat by the pool. Add to this the fabulous Florida climate you will certainly have a truly fantastic luxury holiday staying at Green Views Villa in the Sunshine State.
Our Swimming pool has recently been fully refurbished (2024) Along with the addition of Solar heating for the pool which is FREE to all guests. We also replaced the A/C unit and pool Electric heater in 2023.
Electric pool and Spa heating is available at an additional cost, drop a line for cost of heating as it is dependent on the time of the year and can be added after you have booked if you are unsure. ( please note that the Spa only heats when the elctric heating is added)

The villla was exactly as described. Thoughtful gesutres like having hats and umbrellas enhanced our stay. The owner even agreed for late checkout for no additional charges!

WOW! Gorgeous home that helped us feel right at home. Very well decorated, supplied and clean! Pool area super and great temperature. Cold weather upon arrival so owner ran the pool pump continuously with heat for a week, keeping it swimmable. Had a plumbing issue while there and talked to owner, who sent the repair folks over very quickly, who took care of it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this home!

The host was awesome at communicating. The property was clean and as described. A few hiccups included not enough toilet paper or soap to accomodate the guests for the entire length of stay, a faulty ceiling fan, and the temperature being set warmer than what we are accustomed to. The host helped us adjust the temp as soon as we asked, but the minimum was 73, which we just weren't used to as we were coming from winter in Minnesota. Overall, we had a pleasant experience!

Overall, great place. I booked this particular place so we would have a pool. I reached out to the property owner on the day of check in due to the pool being full of ants. He said that I could use the net and scoop them out. The entire top of the pool was covered in ants! I cleaned out what I could and we attempted to swim and enjoy the place. We were not able to swim due to being bit multiple times by the ants. Then, the last full day we were there, the pool turned completely green and was not usable. The property owner was very responsive and did refund a small portion of my money. Not being able to enjoy the pool (in Florida), was a big bummer!
