The Rio Hotel Residence Condominium offers 24-hour concierge and security, daily housekeeping, swimming pool, dry and steam saunas, tennis, squash, and multi-sport courts, gym, and barbecue area (booking required in advance). In addition, it features an on-site restaurant and café for extra convenience.

New Year’s Eve 2025/2026: minimum 7 nights – R$ 14,000.00
Carnival 2026: minimum 5 nights – R$ 10,000.00
