a localização do apartamento é muito boa, muita segurança e tranquilidade, possui cozinha muito completa e o conforto dos quartos é muito boa também..
a acomodação possui um cheiro ruim, possivelmente de esgoto, não sei se o cheiro vem da fossa do prédio ou se vem do rio que tem próximo do local, mas isso com certeza afeta a estadia. o Ar condicionado de um dos quartos é muito barulhento.
