The open living space invites you to gather with loved ones, while the well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals after a day of exploring.

Main Bedroom: King Bed (3rd Level)
2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed (Main Level)
3rd Bedroom: Bunk Bed (Queen over Queen) (2nd Level)
With a convenient one-stall garage, you’ll have plenty of room to store your gear, whether it’s fishing rods, skis, or hiking boots. And when you’re ready to unwind, take a stroll through the peaceful development to soak in the serene beauty of the Rio Grande River.

If you’re traveling with multiple parties or families, we also rent the adjacent unit on the other side of the duplex. Plus, we offer a discount for groups who rent both properties at the same time, making it an excellent option for larger gatherings.
Please Note: For guests staying with us for 30 days or more, we require the property to be cleaned every 30 days. This cleaning service is an additional charge and will be applied separately from the fees displayed at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
