About this apartment rental
Located on the first floor, with its own entrance and essentially barrier-free, our 4-star RoSi vacation apartment—spanning 50 m²—is available for a total of 2 guests.
The modern bedroom is equipped with a double box-spring bed and a large sliding-door closet.
In the living room, you’ll find built-in cabinets with interior lighting, exclusive leather couches, a dining area, a smart TV, a stereo system, Wi-Fi, and numerous books. You’ll also find guidebooks there (castles, caves, beer gardens, hikes, etc.).
The brand-new built-in kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, optional filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and an egg cooker.
The modern bathroom features a rain shower and a hair dryer. A terrace with a glass sunroom and an outdoor seating area round out the amenities. Our guests have access to a private garden area with a lawn for sunbathing, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a shaded garden bench. You’ll also find places to sit and relax in our large garden.
Table linens, bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and a basic supply of hygiene and cleaning products are provided free of charge.
