Welcome to Peach Street Bungalow, a bright and beautifully updated home perfectly situated in the heart of San Luis Obispo, at 1310 Peach Street and professionally managed by Templeton Vacation Rentals. This charming retreat, available for 30+ day stays only, offers the best of small-town living with the convenience of city amenities nearby. Just steps from local dining, boutique shops, tasting rooms, and community favorites, Peach Street Bungalow delivers a peaceful yet central wine-country experience. Inside, you’ll find thoughtfully curated interiors, comfortable bedrooms, and modern amenities, all designed to make your stay relaxed, memorable, and effortlessly enjoyable.

Sleep: Relax in thoughtfully appointed bedrooms with quality bedding and fresh linens, ensuring a comfortable night’s rest after a day of exploring. The primary bedroom, with a Cal-King memory foam bed and antique roll top desk with an office chair, is perfect for those working from home. Upstairs, guests will enjoy a second full bedroom with a queen-size memory foam bed, an adjustable (standing) desk with an office chair, and a window A/C unit.
Gather & Relax: The living room offers a welcoming atmosphere with cozy seating and abundant natural light — perfect for unwinding with loved ones or enjoying quiet mornings.
Equipped Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable.
Indoor Comfort: A living room with a sectional sofa, a window A/C unit (not seen in SLO very often!)Central climate control, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TV entertainment make this home equally suited for restful stays and lively gatherings.
Outdoor Oasis: The shared yard features a BBQ, a garden planter box, and a small sitting area. Two dedicated off-street parking spots are located just outside the kitchen door. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for exclusive guest use.

Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required per stay.
Quiet Hours: Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood; please respect local quiet hours, which start from 10 pm.
Pets: This property is pet-friendly with prior approval. Up to two pets allowed, a $100 per pet non-refundable pet fee, and the guest must agree to the pet policy. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee.
