You're steps away from the very popular Lincoln Deli, Anholm Park, and base of Cerro San Luis Obispo (Madonna Mt) for epic hikes and mountain biking. Downtown is here! Be a very short walk away. Cal Poly is only a mile from the house too.

Enjoy 2 large bedrooms with queen beds, one bathroom with tub shower, and 3rd bonus bedroom now has a twin bed. A queen air mattress and/or child pack 'n play can be provided upon request. The dining table shown has been replaced with an extendable table seating 4-6. There's indoor laundry, plenty of closet space in each room, new appliances, and all essential amenities.
