The home boasts 7 spacious bedrooms, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 20 guests—perfect for large families or groups of friends. With 5 well-appointed bathrooms, everyone will have the space they need to refresh and relax after a day at the beach. Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience for a memorable stay.
Convenient parking is available on-site, making it easy for you and your group to come and go as you explore the beautiful Crescent Beach area. Ample space ensures a hassle-free experience for multiple vehicles.
DOG RULES
A $150 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.
Your dog should be friendly and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
Dogs are not allowed on the beds.
Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up.
Any dog that becomes disruptive to the community or neighbors will need to be removed immediately.
You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
Limit of two dogs.
Please keep in mind that this home is pet-friendly. While we make every effort to keep it spotless and minimize pet hair for your comfort, we may occasionally miss some. We appreciate your understanding.
We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. You'll be within walking distance of the beach and have easy access to it.
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
**We do not provide a daily linen service.**
We will have 1 parking pass for our guests upon arrival.
We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:

Great Property - not the one we booked and did not find out until we got the day before that they had changed our location. A little bit of a scary situation because I could not get an answer as to why - luckily the property we stayed at was comparable and very nice.

It is a beautiful property. large enough to accommodate my huge Family The property was clean but so many things were out of order . Just to make a few When we arrived at the property at check in there was a refrigerator in the driveway blocking our parking we had to call it in. Then check in time was 4:00 p.m. but the property was not quite ready for us then it took 45 mins to check in we were givin the wrong code . For it to be a first time since they opened up we were the first guest and we came into Broken chairs unlevel steps the refrigerator hardly worked so our food wasn't cold Wi-Fi was wacky. I feel like I was a part of the staff because I was asked to take pictures and send this and send that do this do that and I just feel like for the money that we paid I feel like you should have everything in order and in place for your guest I understand things happen but I just think they should tighten up on that . I also suggest that they spray because there were big spiders as well as I believe we killed about three of those big water bugs as will as spiders. The young lady that I communicated with did her best to help and was patient
