Our stay at this property was very comfortable, and our host was great! Upon arrival, the house was very clean and spotless. Great job to the house cleaning crew! The fridge was stocked with milk, and we had cereal and a few other items left for us, unopened. That was so very nice. There's plenty of space for large groups. I really have no complaints, except our oven gave us some trouble when we turned it on. It turned out we needed a new stove, and with it being the week of Thanksgiving, they made sure we had a brand new oven installed before Thanksgiving Day. They really went above and beyond for us! Will definitely recommend.

The house is modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen was well equipped, the living areas were bright and welcoming, and each bedroom was stylish and spotless. We were impressed with the art work in the master bedroom. The pool deck was a real highlight — spacious, private, and perfect for relaxing. We love the sun and we got it all day! The location is ideal — just minutes from Disney and close to shops, restaurants, and everything you could need, yet the resort itself is quiet and secure. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend this home to families or groups looking for comfort and convenience close to Disney.

From the moment we walked through the door we loved the house, it was beautiful, very clean, everything we needed, lovely view and lovely clean pool, also loved the fact the trash is collected daily, so no need to worry about missing collection day. Had a problem with the washing machine being broken but it was replaced in a couple of days. The whole resort was lovely and clean with plenty to do on site, would definitely recommend

Over the years we must of stayed many many villas all over Kissimmee. Got say this is best villa we have ever stayed in from location cleanliness decoration etc. Dream home!!
Could not fault a thing and next time I will be looking to book this villa again.
