Please note that the resort will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during your stay. The Lazy River at Solterra Resort will be closed for approximately 6 weeks starting September 7th, 2026. Additionally, the main resort pool is expected to be closed for approximately 9 weeks beginning in September. We understand how important these amenities are and appreciate your understanding as the resort completes these improvements. All other amenities are expected to remain open and available during this time.

We had a lovely time. The villa was great; we don't have any complaints at all. We reached out to the management company once regarding the BBQ as it had a padlock on it, but they responded to us and quoted with no issues.

We had issues with the pool/spa heat. It took a few days to be resolved. We were refunded the pool heat money for the days it wasn’t working. Pool and spa worked great the rest of our trip
