Charming 2-bedroom house with AC, WiFi in awesome Tybee Island

Traveled with a friend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is large and was very clean. There were only two of us on this trip but the unit could have easily accommodated more people. The pictures for the unit were very accurate. The unit is nicely decorated and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen met all our needs and the ac was incredible after a hot day on the beach. We did need to contact the host who replied promptly and was very helpful. This is a downstairs unit and there was someone staying in the upstairs unit. We could hear them walking around but they weren't loud. It was typical of upstairs/downstairs living and does not deter us from considering this property for another stay.

Very nice home

Very quiet neighborhood. Accessable to beach, grocery, local restaurants. It was great to be able to cook for ourselves when we wanted to. Very comfortable.

This was a cute little place for a Friday-Sun stay in late August. The home was spacious enough for Four adults. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking needs. The bathroom was smaller than expected for only one bathroom but it was functional. The bedrooms were very spacious and temperature in both were nice and comfortable both day and night. The home is older and I guess the mold/mildew smell comes along with that but the smell was very prevalent during the night time. It tripped my Asthma on second night. The listing said within walking distance of beach. The beach was about 2/3miles up and down off US80 and with mobile limitations we were glad our mom had her mobility scooter. The Host was very responsive and friendly during our communications Access to home was a breeze but if there can be a sign with address at the front that would be great. We drove by couple times using Google Maps. Oh and please get a new dishwasher! That thing sounds like a beast when running. Please also note guests there is only one TV in the home located in the main family room.
