Captivating beach house that sleeps 8. Short 3 block walk to grocery store and beach. En Suite Bathroom has king bed, jacuzzi tub, standing shower and two closets to store your clothes. The two additional bedrooms have queen beds, sleeper sofa available in the den. Spacious kitchen, partially screened wrap around porch with ping pong table. This is an upper with a stackable washer and dryer. Streaming TV only, Amenity starter kit provided, private parking and shared pool. No parties or pets allowed.

The house was in a great location with quick access to shopping. Groceries and restaurants. Good off street parking. Overall condition of the home was fair with lots of painting and maintenance required. The pool was dirty.
