Upon arrival, guests will be given resort passes for the duration of their stay. If driving to the desert, 2 cars may be parked in the driveway. Oversized vehicles, such as a bus, trailer, or mobile home are not permitted. Palm Desert has a strict no party house policy for vacation rentals. Guests who ignore this rule may be fined and evicted without refund.
Other things to note
This property provides secure, keyless entry with the ease of a guest's smartphone. Upon check-in, guests will receive virtual keys for the duration of their stay. Should any issues arise, on-site property management is available to address any concerns.

The condo was centrally located Palm Desert and was in great condition. The property manager was very responsive to all of our inquires both before and during our stay. We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo and would stay here again should we return to Palm Desert.

We love Desert Falls. The host was excellent and very responsive. The unit is fairly dated and lacks important amenities, e.g. bedding for different temperatures, variety of pillows, suitcase racks, very noisy dishwasher. Excellent TV variety of selections. It would be great to have filtered water.
