Il terrazzo è eccezionale, completamente fruibile, e rappresenta un valore aggiunto significativo. La camera con affaccio sul terrazzo è spaziosa e dotata di servizi igienici privati, offrendo una piacevole vista mare al risveglio. L inserimento di un frigobar funzionante e di attrezzature aggiuntive nella cucina esterna sul terrazzo migliorerebbe la vivibilità. La posizione è strategica, vicina al porto e al centro città, riducendo la necessità di utilizzare un veicolo. L'impianto di climatizzazione è altamente efficiente..
Sarebbe perfetto avere la cucina sul terrazzo più attrezzata di quella al piano di sotto. Si sente un po' la mancanza della lavatrice/lavastoviglie e della tv. Non è adatto a bambini troppo piccoli, viste le tante scale anche sul terrazzo.
