Très bien situé, petite zone pour garer scooter à proximité, plage à 1 min, restaurant à 1 min Alice est très réactive et disponible Très propre et fonctionnel, petit kit pour vaisselle de quelques jours et douches toilettes Climatisation qui fonctionne bien Terrasse partagée et maison mitoyenne, avec vue sur la mer
Les transats sur le toit sont très abîmés il faudrait les remplacer

Appartamento curato e pulito. Letti comodi, arredamento nuovo e di buon gusto. Posizione eccellente
La terrazza, molto bella, è scomoda da utilizzare con frequenza, in quanto si raggiunge con scala esterna a chiocciola stretta e per due rampe. Troverei scomodo cenare o pranzare.

Bella casa, pulita ed accogliente, comoda per la posizione, gentile e disponibile l’host, ottima la biancheria. Ho molto apprezzato la disponibilità della lavatrice
Letto e cuscini migliorabili, inoltre le foto soprattutto del terrazzo sono ingannevoli: Il terrazzo è difficile da utilizzare per la presenza di una scomoda scala a chiocciola in cemento e perché di fatto in terrazza non c’è la minima privacy Tutto lo stabile è privo di privacy per come è stato costruito, ma forse è colpa del piano regolatore inesistente di Lampedusa Peccato!
