Nice and renovated studio right on the beach - recommend

The apartment is recently renovated, nice and clean. It is small, but every centimeter is used, and it is very well-equipped. There is an electric fireplace for atmosphere, and it overall feels really cozy. The location is good as well, the building is right on the beach and the apartment is on the ground floor. Regins was really nice, very responsive and it was easy to arrange everything with her.

The view might not always be as nice as in the photos because there is a parking space directly in front of the window and, if there is a car parked there, it blocks the view. And, the privacy at night with the lights on is not the highest, but the area is also not super-busy in the evenings so that may not be too much of an issue. Parking (which is public) is paid by hour so it accumulates if you stay longer.

La réception des clés et le départ se sont bien passés et notre hôte a été arrangeante sur les horaires. De plus le logement est dans l'ensemble bien équipé

Nous n'avons pas apprécié que la porte de la salle de bain / toilette soit une porte coulissante qui ne puisse pas aller jusqu'au bout. Cela nuit à l'intimité. De plus la vue n'est pas du tout aussi bien que celle des photos de l'annonce : il y a un parking devant l'appartement et ensuite des cabines de plage avec de nombreuses personnes qui vous regardent. Là aussi ce n'est pas top pour l'intimité. Enfin il faut compter quasiment 45 minutes / 1h à pieds pour rejoindre le centre de Knokke Heist, donc la localisation est loin d'être idéale. D'une manière générale nous avons eu le sentiment que le prix était bien trop cher par rapport à la qualité du logement. L'hôte a également refusé que nous annulions la nuit quelques jours avant sachant que mon partenaire était malade.

Super fijn verblijf met een geweldige gastvrouw

Wij waren zeer tevreden over dit appartementen. We werden super gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangen, kregen allerlei tips om te bezoeken. Super fijn! Het appartement het een top locatie. Super mooi zicht. Een heel fijne plek om te verblijven. Het appartement is precies zoals op de foto’s en aan alles is gedacht. Ook heeft het een goede ligging. Er is heel te doen en te zien. Wij komen zeker terug!

Appartement très cosy, le chauffage cheminée très beau et agréable, lumières tamisées. Petites attentions (petits biscuits, café et thé) Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner (sel, poivre, huile...) Très bien équipé. Hôte chaleureuse et sympathique comme l'endroit !

Keine Klimaanlage, es war ziemlich warm in der Wohnung. Den Strandblick kann man nicht wirklich genießen da das Apartment im EG ist und immer Autos davor stehen

Schöne Aussicht und wunderbare Lage! Alles wie beschrieben! Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll, stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Es hat nichts gefehlt! Alles sehr sauber und im top Zustand! Très joli appartement de type scandinave au bord de mer!

Magnifique petit appartement très fonctionnel , refait à neuf , bien équipé et joliment meublé, de type scandinave , au bord de mer , côté port , à quelques km du centre de Knokke . Hôte hyper sympa , qui connaît bien le coin et fait part de ses bonnes adresses .

Il manque juste un volet dans le salon ! Un store est présent laisse quand même passer la lumière .

Nous avons passé un super séjour.

L’appartement était superbe. Tout est bien agencé et il dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible.

Si je dois trouver un point négatif je dirais qu’il n’y avait pas assez d’obscurité dans l’appartement pour le soir et tôt le matin. Des rideaux n’auraient pas été de trop pour pouvoir plongé l’appartement dans le noir car les stores ne le permettaient pas. Il faisait toujours très lumineux à 22h dans la chambre et déjà très clair à 5h30.

Fantastisch!

De inrichting en styling van het verblijf is ontzettend leuk en mooi gedaan. Dit zorgt voor een optimale beleving. Vanuit het appartement hebben we Heist en Knokke lopend kunnen bezoeken. Door het mooie weer echt kunnen genieten van het strand en de terassen.

Doordat wij beide groot zijn, was het bed wat krap.

Zeer fijn adresje, gastvrouw Regina heeft hiervan een echt pareltje gemaakt! Op een kleine oppervlakte is écht alles aanwezig met oog voor ieder klein detail. Rustige ligging met mooi zeezicht.

Très bel endroit décoré avec goût

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans l'appartement de Régina ! Décoré avec goût, petit mais très bien agencé, Régina est une personne très sympathique et serviable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour y séjourner en couple ou avec un enfant. Le parking devant l'appartement est bon marché. Il y a une super promenade à faire juste d'avant et le Delhaize (très grand!) est à 2 minutes de l'appart. Encore merci pour ce super séjour, nous comptons bien y revenir :)
