It is situated at a prime location, close to Gaya street at Jesselton Quay. perfect for tourist activities as well as recreation. There is an indoor pool altho no kiddie pool.
I think the carpet on the 6th floor near the pool need changing because of the odour when wet (it’s by the pool no surprise) but that is if I really really have to pick on something negative

Location, staffs, clean.
Room lack off: tool to hang clothes because of this all out wet clothes lay on sofa, dinning chair, all places we can lay our clothes, only 1 pillow fir each person, Sofa is very unforgettable and not practical for a straight sit and relax. Dinner doesn't not have enough food for guests.
