Cozy, brandnew apt in la Juárez

El host siempre atento y respondía rápido si teníamos una pregunta. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, limpio y se adecuó a lo que necesitábamos perfectamente.

Limpieza justa, edredón muy sucio y poco papel higiénico.

•Host was helpful and recommended us a great spot to eat to kill time before check-in,quite high end restaurant but it was very delicious which worth the price and only a 4 minute walking distance. Spot is called “Makan” 10/10 •Location is 10/10, -looking out the room’s window, there’s a park where locals dances around noon to late afternoon every Saturday and Sunday. Which was a great unexpected highlight to my trip. And one block further, if you like customized hot wheels figures that’s a spot too sat-sun. -Souvenir plaza is literally next to the park I just mentioned, 3 min walk top. Opens late though. -if you need toiletries or anything else there is decent size grocery store 2-3 min walk away. -must see tourist spot like Palacio de Bellas Artes is about 15 min walk. Which is great walk if you like to see the local’s culture. -Building have a helpful and nice security guard. Even guard our bags past checkout time. We tip him well for the convenience. -if you plan to drive, building have secure parking spot available •Cleanliness of surroundings area is good but building itself is great -woke up to the sound of people sweeping and cleaning outside. Which I actually like. Tells you a lot of how México city is.

•hope there was more spare towels and spare toilet paper. •bed is on the hard side but that’s more personal preference Those are my only 2 complain. If those improve this is 10/10 property. Definitely will be booking this spot next time we will be back.

Did not receive a warning about hot water problem
