White Rose, Budget Flat in Chania Town Center

The apartment is very nice and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, including oil, salt, pepper, and vinegar. The host was very thoughtful and prepared a lovely welcome gift of wine, honey, and raki. There is also a convenient balcony where you can dry your clothes, and the washing machine works very well. There was also a generous supply of laundry detergent. The location is great, with most places easily accessible on foot. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the hot weather. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

If you are sensitive to noise at night, please keep this in mind: the street is very noisy, and the apartment’s windows face the street. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which was a bit bothersome.

Wspaniały kontakt z gospodarzem, który nie tylko odpowiadał na nasze potrzeby, ale też sam wychodził z inicjatywą, by upewnić się, czy wszystko jest w porządku. Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja mieszkania - blisko plaży i centrum. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutów (w sierpniowych upałach było to dla nas istotne). Na plus również dostęp do automatu, który był w kuchni, oraz kapsułek do prania. Tuż obok jest sklep spożywczy z podstawowymi produktami. Podsumowując, wszystko, co w opisie, przekłada się na rzeczywistość + warto dodać, że dostępne jest duże lustro w szafie ;) Najlepsze? Niesamowite wieczory i długie noce na tarasie (na dachu) z wygodnymi krzesłami i stolikami z widokiem na morze.

Nie było rzeczy, które nam się nie podobały lub przeszkadzały. Gospodarz przemyślał wszystko - zatroszczył się nawet o zatyczki do uszu (jeśli ktoś ma problemy z zasypianiem przy ruchliwej ulicy, mogą być pomocne).

This property was in an excellent location, and was a very short stroll down to the beach and old town. We really loved staying here and didn’t feel like the apartment was noisy at all, unlike what was mentioned in previous reviews and we didn’t have any disturbances to our sleep. We especially liked the welcome basked and trying the honey and Raki.

There was no air conditioning in the bedroom, however that didn’t really impact us as we slept just fine with the fan on - but is something to note if you do like to sleep with air con. The shower in the bathroom was also really short and small, which made it really hard for one of us (who is 180cm) to shower, as she would hit her head on the roof of the bathroom if she stood up fully in the shower. This is something to note if you are tall. It is also a bit of a step up (about 30-40cm) into the shower, which is something to note if you have any issues stepping up/with mobility.

Fajna lokalizacja, 3 min od plaży, blisko sklepy, do centrum i na autobusy 15-20 min spacerem. Apartament czysty, cudowny taras.
