Location, accessibility to major freeways. The set up, the space.
My girlfriend said the doorless entry to the bathroom in the master bedroom. She prefers to close the door lol.

The location was great given that it was so close to my brother's home.
The flush mechanism in the small bathroom was temperamental. However, the biggest annoyance was the FireTV service. The Olympics were in progress during our stay. But, watching events live in their entirety wasn't possible.
