The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. Our car broke down just outside Kokstad, and they kindly opened up for us after hours. They even drove me to Avis so I could rent a car. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist during a stressful situation were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them.

The guesthouse is lovely, spotlessly clean, pet friendly and with very accommodating staff. Yolanda in particular was awesome.
For Teo people and a big dog, the Family room was a little on the small side. Otherwise, excellent stay. We will definitely recommend this guesthouse.

Had a pleasant stay at Hibernate. The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming10/10. The overall experience was good and relaxing, although the pricing is slightly on the higher side. Nonetheless, it was still an enjoyable stay
Although there was no heater in the room, electric blankets were provided which helped a lot.
