広くてバスルームが２つある。ダイニングテーブル前の窓からの眺め。キッチンの備品が多くてほぼ新品。家電もほとんど新しくて使いやすかった。ゴミ袋やタオルやシーツの替えが多めに用意されていた。たくさんのウェルカムギフト。ホストは問題がないか時々連絡してくれた。洗濯物を干すことができる小さなベランダ（とても速く乾いた）。
激しい雨が降った時、洗濯機横の窓を閉めていても大量の雨水が流れ込んだ。大きいほうのバスルームのシャワースペースの床の段差が少ないため、シャワーを浴びるとトイレの方まで水が流れた（小さいほうのバスルームのシャワーボックスを使った）。キッチンの備品が豊富なわりに基本的な調味料（油、塩など）がなかった。サラダボウルのような鉢があると良かった。アパート内の他の住人が階段スペースで喫煙するのか、時々タバコの臭いが室内のキッチン付近まで漂ってきた。駐車場はありがたかったが、ちょっと狭くて柱が多く駐車が少し難しかった（路上駐車でも危険ではなくスペースも大抵見つかったのでほとんど路上に停めた）。

Excepcional; sin palabras. Gente maravillosa, trato de hotel de cinco estrellas. Al lado del famoso volcán Tajogaite (erupción 2021), destino que parece el paraíso original.
