extremely nice roof terrace and eating area on the roof , also with 3 sunbeds.
very big house with many rooms so felt like we had a lot of space , and very cool house, very original.
2 bathrooms for example also.
also loved the little details with some big plastic flowers on the toilets to make it nicer and so on =)
an advice for the future would be to put in a heater in the kitchen or heatpump and also heaters in all rooms would be nice , as it gets very cold inside ( we where there in januari )
luckily and very good there is a AC/heatpump in the master bedroom so we would always have it warm when where sleeping otherwise it would have been horrible as I like it very warm when sleeping .
we mainly spent time on the roof or in the bedroom when we where in the house
also a good idea would to get a wifi extender ( you get one for like 20-50euro only ) up on the roof , the wifi works very good in kitchen and master bedroom but on the roof is not working so well .

Die Wohnung ist über diverse Ebenen verteilt (ca. 30 Treppenstufen von der Haustür bis zur Dachterrasse. Einrichtungsgegensttände waren komplett vorhanden, ein freundlicher Hallo-Früchtekorb stand in der Küche.
Wohnung durchdesigned bis ins kleinste ... fast wie in einem Museum. Klingt alles traumhaft und stimmt so auch: dafür 12 von 10!
Aber:
Wir hatten drei Regentage, die im Winter immer mal wieder auftreten. Durch die komplett offene Gestaltung musste man von den Schlafzimmern durch den Regen über durchaus glitschige Treppen in die Küche gehen, oder ins Wohnzimmer, oder ins untere Badezimmer.
Das Wohnzimmer unten roch sehr muffig, ebenso das unterre Schlafzimmer und auch das kleine obere Schlafzimmer.
Am Ende saßen wir zum Frühstück in einer ziemlich kühlen Küche (einzige Heizung war eine Klimaanlage im Doppelbettschlafzimmer).
Wohnzimmer war ebenfalls entweder dunkel, oder ziemlich küh,weil es hinter der Holzjalousie nur im oberen Bereich ein Fenster gab.

Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet! Mit fünf Personen hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten. Auch der der Kontakt zum Vermieter war herzlich und unkompliziert
Wenn mehrere Geräte liefen, Herd, Ofen, Fernseher und Fön, ging zwischendurch der Strom weg. Dieser war aber innerhalb 2 Minuten wieder da, wenn man die Sicherungen einmal aus- und wieder angeschaltet hat
