I absolutely loved how cozy the room was. I was surprised to see that there was a queen size loft area and a twin size loft area! It is the perfect place for a get a way.
The train does go past the cabins at least four times throughout the night. It is not terribly loud but if you are a light sleeper you may wake up a few times.

The kitchen and sleeping options met our needs but we’re neither comfortable or convenient. The bathroom was spacious.
The parking options were inconvenient and did not feel secure. When we arrived there was bagged trash left from the previous stay. The futon “bed” option was uncomfortable and created the smallest amount of walking space.

Cute, clean accommodations. It is a nice place, and I like the concept of the lodge.
The design of the lodge Ok. I would move the upper support beam one foot closer to the master bed. This would create a longer staircase making the walk up safer (adding about an inch to each step). This would also give space the head of the twin bed and a shelve for placing a clock or phone. The treads in our cabin were inconsistent and I am not sure they meet code in width. Air conditioning would have been nice for the night we spent--very warm night without good ventilation. The streetlight shown through all night (and it is bright), could not close blinds because of needing the fan to cool the room.

It was nice
There were no bed sheets for the twin bed or sofa, no extra blankets, no extra pillows. Enough towels for 1 person. No condiments for coffee. Place was not lite up to find the building.called the owner. Did not respond til next morning after we left. Could not turn off the heater.The stairs were too steep. Nothing was handicap accessible.
