Two Medicine Inn and Resort

The place was great! Exactly what you needed. Had breakfast ready, and the staff was accomodating. It was a comfy bed and we were set t go!

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Noel and Marlene treated us like family. Cabin somewhat small for 4 adults. FREE laundry service was great! Hot breakfast too!

We booked a deluxe "cottage" that was to have a kitchenette, it was a hot plate. Woke up first morning of our stay to NO water, listened to air in the lines for 45 mins, went to front desk to ask what was going on. When the man finally came out of the back, he said he didn't know. My husband became very ill unexpectedly and we had to check out to go to the hospital. I went to go check out, told the lady at the front desk what was going on. She said she would cancel the remaining night and refund me due to the emergency. Still haven'r received the refund, won't return my messages, I have offered to provide medical documents to prove we weren't just high tailing it out of there.

The good: The staff was very kind and helpful! The property is easy to get to. The towels were nice and thick. The not so good: There's not much parking. Everything inside is outdated (wall heater, electrical outlets and panel, locks, etc). The room was overcrowded with furniture, giving little space to move around. It was okay for just me, but I can't imagine even one more person moving around in there. The bathroom and shower are tiny with tiny, cheap, Temu like bath mats and toiletseat cover. Food was left in the mini fridge/freezer. There was an overpowering, unnatural, chemically fragrance filling the room when I arrived. Only one small garbage can in the room, in the bathroom. The bad: There were numerous hazards I encountered in my 2 night stay: A framed picture next to the fridge was knocked over with cracked glass. The power went out after dark on the entire property for several hours with no communication from staff. There is a slight step/slope between the "bedrooms" that is a tripping hazard. There's a power outlet box above the main bed that sticks out 2-3 inches, has extremely sharp corners, and is right at head level if sitting up to watch TV or read. A little lamp above the other bed was falling down. I wanted to love this place, there are just too many things that need to be fixed/updated for me to consider it again or recommend it to my loved ones.
