I loved the attached balcony.I could enjoy sitting in the sun from 8 am to 3 pm. Stay is comfortable and I am happy I did not stay in hotel room. Room is big and lively.Hosts are very understanding and helping.No traffic hassles like in zirakpur and peer maushala etc.

I am a frequent traveller due to my job profile. I am yet to see such a room in such a price. Hosts are amazing and very friendly.Due to independent entry I felt more comfortable. AQI is around 150 which was a huge positive for me.
hosts don't provide breakfast.Just tea was provided.

Everything as promised, good room facilities host
Location is nice but not many shops or restaurants around. Good we had a car.

The room is really big and spacious, it has independent entry.Since the hosts family lives on ground floor and the room is on first floor it is absolutely safe for girls. There was no interference from the hosts they were very helpful. surroundings are lush green with a river flowing around 300 meters from the house you can take a walk along the river on road and it feels surreal.Sector 28 is one of the most beautiful sectors of panchkula very peaceful serene and crowd free. Will definitely stay in black pearl villa whenever i visit panchkula.
Location maybe a problem for some people although it's very near to the highway
