Nothing as such.

It was clean and conveniently located, got calls from the management about my arrival time and supported with location

There was no formal reception counter, a person was stationed to open the room and other formalities.

Location was ideal as a stopping point for our journey to Shimla . In a business park but there were eating places and as we were there for only one night this suited fine . Ideal for those travelling for business .Rooms really big , shower fine but suggest getting disposable slippers rather than re-using plastic ones

Property was tidy if a little dusty. To be fair the city was very dusty and the property a large tower block is still being completed. There will be more shops coming in the concourse. Unfortunately the actual manager was not there to greet us and the lady who was there spoke no English; our Hindi was limited and payment ended up being made in cash. This is not ideal particularly as the property is being advertised on an international site and those left in charge were unable to produce a card machine which accepted debit cards from abroard! We did get breakfast after several conversations in pigeon Hindi sign language and finally speaking to the manager on the phone ( who I believe was on annual leave)
